At Pawzato, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order in accordance with the policy below.
Return Window
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- In addition, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in line with EU consumer protection laws.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be initiated by first contacting us at contact@pawzato.com before sending back any items.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Free Return Shipping
- Pawzato provides free return shipping for all eligible items.
- No restocking fees apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., grooming products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Final sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the correct product is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at contact@pawzato.com.
