Refund policy

AtΒ Pawzato, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

  • We accept returns withinΒ 30 daysΒ from the date you receive your order.
  • In addition, customers in theΒ European UnionΒ have the right to cancel or return their order withinΒ 14 daysΒ of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in theΒ same conditionΒ as received, unused, unworn, with tags, and in theΒ original packaging.
  • You must provide aΒ receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be initiated by first contacting us atΒ contact@pawzato.comΒ before sending back any items.
Note:Β Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Pawzato providesΒ free return shippingΒ for all eligible items.
  • NoΒ restocking feesΒ apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Final sale itemsΒ andΒ gift cardsΒ are also non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct product is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to yourΒ original payment methodΒ withinΒ 10 business days.
  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
